چکیده

The paper reports a facile synthesis of novel anionic spherical polymer brushes which was based on grafting sodium 2-acrylamido-2-methylpropane-1-sulfonate from the surface 4,4′-Azobis (4-cyanopentanoyl chloride)-modified carbon spheres. Various characterization methods involving scanning electron microscope, energy dispersive X-ray spectroscopy, Fourier transform infrared spectrum, and thermo-gravimetric analysis were utilized to analyze morphology, chemical composition, bonding structure, thermal stability, respectively. molecular weight (Mw) polydispersity (Mw/Mn) 616,000 g/mol 1.72 determined by gel permeation chromatography experiments. Moreover, dispersibility ASPB in water presence aqueous NaCl solutions different concentrations investigated. Results show that spheres has been enhanced owing grafted polyelectrolyte chains, while zeta potential particle decreases its brush layer shrinks upon exposure ions (Na+).

Synthesis of Carbon Spheres of Controlled Size by Hydrothermal Method

Carbon Spheres were fabricated by hydrothermal method and their structural properties were investigated. Carbon Spheres with average sizes around of 230, 320 and 430 nm were synthesized in different concentration of glucose aqueous solution and different hydrothermal reaction time. The temperature of 180 °C by a hydrothermal reaction was fixed in all of glucose concentration and hydrothermal re...

Synthesis and in Vitro Characterization of Hydroxypropyl Methylcellulose-graft-poly (acrylic Acid/2-acrylamido-2-methyl-1-propanesulfonic Acid) Polymeric Network for Controlled Release of Captopril.

A super-absorbent hydrogel was developed by crosslinking of 2-acrylamido-2-methyl-1-propanesulfonic acid (AMPS) and acrylic acid with hydroxypropyl methylcellulose (HPMC) for controlled release drug delivery of captopril, a well known antihypertensive drug. Acrylic acid and AMPS were polymerized and crosslinked with HPMC by free radical polymerization, a widely used chemical crosslinking method...

Electrochemical Behavior of 2-Aminothiazole at Poly Glycine Modified Pencil Graphite Electrode

Electro analysis of 2-Aminothiazole (2-AT) by a low cost poly Glycine modified Pencil Graphite Electrode (poly Gly/PGE) was studied using of cyclic voltammetric (CV) and differential pulse voltammetric (DPV) techniques. The optimal experimental conditions to determine 2-AT was setup by the variation of the current with scan rate, concentration and pH. Electrochemical performance of the 2-AT at ...
